Client Relationship Representative

Job Description

One of Insight Global's financial clients is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Representative to manage client product or service sales and ensure quality service. Responsibilities include frequent client communication, addressing questions, recommending products or services, and handling complaints. The role also involves analyzing operational records, trends, costs, and revenue. Required skills include clear communication, time management, and Microsoft Excel (data entry only).

This position involves internal partner interactions only. This is a hybrid role from 9AM-6PM MST paying $20/hr.

• 2+ years of experience in a professional setting
• Must have clear communication, time management, and Microsoft Excel experience - Bachelor's Degree
