SERVPRO of Southeast El Paso/Butterfield - 11089 is hiring immediately for an Office Project Coordinator. No industry experience required — we will train the right person.

Full-Time | Operations Role | Growth Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organized Office Project Coordinator who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and holding a high standard of work.

This role is a key part of our operations team. You will work directly with project managers, customers, and internal staff to ensure projects are documented properly, communicated clearly, and progressing as expected.

If you enjoy ownership, problem solving, and being the person who keeps everything on track, you’ll do well here.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Acting as a central communication point between customers, project managers, and office staff
  • Reviewing project files and job documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Preparing preliminary estimates using estimating software
  • Tracking job progress and identifying missing information or delays
  • Maintaining organized and accurate project records
  • Supporting the operations team to keep projects moving efficiently

This position plays an important role in how smoothly our projects run and how well we serve our customers.

Qualifications

  • Construction, restoration, insurance, or project coordination experience
