Office Manager – El Paso, TXThe Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.
- Daily Operations:
Oversee the smooth running of the office, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating vendor relations. - Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to leadership and staff, ensuring that all team members have the resources they need to succeed. - Communication:
Develop and maintain intra-office communication protocols to enhance collaboration and efficiency. - Budget Management:
Monitor office expenses, manage supply inventory, and assist in budget preparation. - Staff Supervision:
Supervise office staff, delegate tasks, and ensure that all administrative procedures are followed. - Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate team-building activities, employee appreciation events, and other office functions.
- Education Requirements:
High school diploma, or equivalent - Level of Experience Requirements:
Five (5) to Ten (10) years of related office management experience

Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. Employees must always maintain a constant state of mental alertness. The role requires maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about.

The work environmental characteristics described here are representative of those that must be borne by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the role. The job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi‑line telephone system. Occasional travel may be required.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position will have supervisory responsibilities.

Additional Qualifying FactorsAs a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
