Perform advanced clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence; scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files; providing reports and consolidating meeting minutes; performing data collection and providing information to internal and external customers as needed. Provides direct support and guidance to other office staff.

Required Skills- Advanced typing skills (50 - 60 wpm).
- Excellent listening, writing and oral communication skills.

- Advanced proficiency in the use of personal computer including word processing, presentations, database management, and spreadsheet applications.
- High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work on issues of a sensitive nature, expected to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Work Experience:
Three years clerical and administrative work-related experience required, preferably in a hospital or out patient setting.
C. Education and Training:
High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
