Customer Service / Inside Sales (Account Executive)

We are a reputable, fast‑growing, high‑volume promotional products supplier seeking a responsible, reliable, and motivated individual for a full‑time position.

This role is open to entry‑level candidates, with strong growth potential.

Previous experience in the promotional products industry, manufacturing, B2B wholesale sales, or ASI knowledge is a strong plus, but not required.

• Handle incoming calls and emails with professional phone etiquette
• Develop and close incoming leads from active and inactive clients
• Support sales managers and accounting with assigned tasks
• Data entry, including LTL shipments, UPS, and Fed Ex
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers
• Work with clients in an enthusiastic, consultative, and helpful manner
• Multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with graphics software and Quick Books is a plus

• Associate’s Degree or higher preferred

• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Sales management experience is a plus (not required)
