We are seeking an experienced TIG & Laser Welder to join a production team in El Monte, CA.
Key Responsibilities- Perform TIG and laser welding on a variety of metal components
- Execute sanitary welds where required (preferred experience)
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications
- Assemble and fabricate metal components using hand and power tools
- Operate plasma cutting equipment for material preparation
- Perform pipe threading and stick welding as needed
- Inspect welded joints for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Rework or repair welds as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- 5+ years of TIG welding experience
- Minimum 1 year of laser welding experience (production environment)
- Strong blueprint and welding specification interpretation skills
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication
- Ability to assemble and build metal structures
- Familiarity with pipe threading processes
- Background in sanitary welding
- Experience in machinery or equipment manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- $28.00 – $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Schedule:
6:00 AM to 3:30 PM
