Overview
The Gill Corporation is one of the world's largest manufacturers of honeycomb, high performance floor panels, cargo compartment liners and original equipment for passenger and freighter aircraft. The company also excels in many other types of reinforced plastics including interior sandwich panels for creating structures such as aircraft galleys and bulkheads, honeycomb core and related products.
The Gill Corporation is seeking a Print Line Operator who runs the print line within GPS specifications, sets up, change overs, and fills out paperwork.
Responsibilities- Sets up machine to run - adjusting doc blade, tension, setting ovens, using correct print cylinder.
- Loads correct paper to run with sets cutter length.
- Checks print weighs solids, viscosity; all must be within shop planner specifications.
- Fills out solid sheets, log sheets and charts with appropriate information.
- Records material usage and fills out shop work order with printing set up checklist and sign offs.
- Record labor transactions in SAP.
- Disposes of scrap node bond adhesive through hazardous waste.
- Perform scheduled machine PM’s as prescribed.
- Apply and practice 5S concept to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Must be available to work any shift, over-time and weekends.
- Other duties may be assigned dependent on TGC business requirements.

Required Qualifications- High School Diploma
- Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work the shift specified by the position and be flexible to potential overtime on weekends/ holidays.
