Field Service Technician

This is a full-time, on-site role located in El Mirage, AZ, for a Field Service Technician. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment used in the mining and aggregate industries. Daily tasks include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, providing routine equipment inspections, ensuring proper equipment functionality, and completing detailed service reports. The Technician will work in tandem with the service team and customers to deliver exceptional service and ensure projects meet necessary specifications.

• Strong mechanical and technical skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment failures
• Experience with equipment installation, maintenance, and repair in the mining and aggregate industries
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and OEM technical manuals
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Willingness to work on-site in El Mirage, AZ, and travel as needed for service jobs
• Valid driver's license and strong safety awareness
• Prior experience in welding, hydraulics, or industrial mechanics is a plus
