The Store Support role involves non-sales functions aimed at ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective order fulfillment, customer assistance in-store and on the lot, and administrative support. Associates may interact directly with customers or vendors, assist with directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answer questions on product order status, handle cash management or program compliance, and support key operational responsibilities.
Individuals should work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers, perform with little or some supervision, be detail-oriented, and possess strong time management skills, integrity, and focus on store-specific business objectives.
Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.
• Ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience
• Assist customers in the lot or in-store and provide administrative services
• Interact with customers or vendors as needed
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise; answer questions on order status
• Support cash management and program compliance
• Collaborate with other associates, vendors, and carriers to maintain store operations
