Overview
As a Domino's Pizza CSR, you are the first contact with every Customer who calls our stores. Your professionalism and optimism is vital to creating a pleasant experience for Customers.
As a CSR you will receive training on our computer system and will gain confidence through working with Customers. Plus, we offer flexible hours.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for Customers calling the store.
- Provide professional, optimistic service to create a pleasant customer experience.
- Receive training on the computer system and gain confidence in interacting with Customers.
- Support store operations with a positive attitude.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Must be computer literate with a friendly personality.
- Must have ability to count/make change.
- Must be able to perform at a fast pace.
