Accounts Receivable Coordinator

This is a full-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator role located on-site in El Dorado, AR. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible for managing invoicing processes, processing payments, handling financial records, and ensuring accuracy in accounting documentation. The role also involves communicating with clients and internal teams to reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies. This position requires attention to detail, organizational expertise, and a strong commitment to accuracy and timeliness.

• Strong analytical skills to review financial data and identify discrepancies
• Experience with invoicing, finance, and accounting processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records
• Previous experience in accounts receivable or related roles is a plus
