Digital Engineer

岗位职责

• MES全生命周期管理：负责MES系统的规划、二次开发、上线与优化；主导API流程设计与开发（iTAC MES优先），保障生产数字化转型落地。
• 生产系统运维与优化：负责MES/WMS/SAP/生产看板等系统的稳定运行，建立监控与告警机制，实现故障快速定位与恢复；优化生产流程、数据采集与监控体系，提升生产效率与产品质量。
• 工业4.0技术落地：参与物联网、云计算、AI/ML、大数据分析等工业4.0技术的评估与POC验证，推动云、边缘计算与AI在工厂场景的应用，提升生产智能化水平。
• 数据与系统能力建设：
  • 数据库运维：负责MS SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle的性能调优、备份与灾备。
  • 数据分析与BI：完成需求分析、数据建模，开发Power BI报表与看板，实现生产线实时KPI展示。
  • 系统集成：设计并落地跨系统集成方案（REST/HTTP、Socket、OPC UA/MQTT等），保障数据流转的一致性与安全性。
• 项目与跨部门协作：负责数字化项目从需求到上线的全流程管理，把控进度与质量；与物流、制造等部门协作制定数字化解决方案，必要时开展供应商管理；输出系统数据分析报告，为管理层提供决策支撑。

• MES Full Lifecycle Management:
  Responsible for MES system planning, secondary development, launch and optimization; lead API process design and development (iTAC MES preferred) to support the implementation of production digital transformation.
• Production System Operation & Optimization:
  Ensure stable operation of MES/WMS/SAP/production kanban systems; establish monitoring and alert mechanisms for rapid fault diagnosis and recovery; optimize production processes, data collection and monitoring systems to improve production efficiency and product quality.
• Industry 4.0 Technology Implementation:
  Participate in evaluation and POC of Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, cloud computing, AI/ML, big data analytics); promote the application of cloud, edge computing and AI in factory scenarios to enhance production intelligence.
• Data & System Capability Building:
  • Database Operation:
    Responsible for performance tuning (index/query/stored procedure), backup and disaster recovery of MS SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle.
  • Data Analysis & BI:
    Complete requirement analysis, data modeling, and develop reports/kanbans via Power BI to realize real-time KPI display on production lines.
  • System Integration:
    Design and implement cross-system integration solutions (REST/HTTP, Socket, OPC UA/MQTT, etc.) to ensure consistent and secure data flow.
• Project & Cross-Department
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Manage digital projects from requirement to launch (schedule & quality control); collaborate with logistics, manufacturing departments to develop digital solutions; conduct vendor management if needed; output system data analysis reports to support management decision-making.

• 基本要求：全日制本科及以上学历，3-5年以上制造行业工作经验。
• 专业技能：
  • 3年以上MES系统实施经验；
  • 3年以上C#开发经验，掌握HTML/CSS/JavaScript、Python等开发技术；
  • 熟悉数据库（MS SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle）性能调优与运维；
  • 精通PLC与客户端开发优先。
• 行业与项目经验：
  • 有快消行业经验优先；
  • 具备工厂AI应用落地经验优先。
• 综合能力：
  • 逻辑思维清晰，注重细节，具备良好的团队协作与跨部门沟通能力；
  • 良好的英语沟通能力优先。

• Basic Requirements:
  Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; 5+ years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Professional
  
  Skills:
  • 3+ years of MES implementation experience;
  • 3+ years of C# development experience; proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Python and other development technologies;
  • Familiar with database (MS SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle) performance tuning and operation;
  • Proficiency in PLC and client-side development is preferred.
• Industry & Project
  
  Experience:
  • Experience in FG industry is preferred;
  • Experience in factory AI application implementation is preferred.
• Comprehensive Abilities:
  • Clear logical thinking, detail-oriented; good team collaboration and cross-department communication skills;
  • Good English communication skills are preferred.
