What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services based on their needs
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Use product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
  • Engage proactively with customers to encourage commitment and resolve any issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Ability to direct conversations and close sales effectively
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a customer service role within a telecommunications or related industry
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • A strong understanding of broadband, phone, and cable services
