• Have a proven track record in sales or customer service and consistently exceed targets.
• Are ready to thrive in a commission-based role with the potential to earn $65,000–$125,000+ annually.
• Value connection and have the empathy to support families through important decisions.
• Bring a high level of professionalism and are eager to grow with our company.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and willingness to work a rotating Monday-Saturday schedule.

• Bilingual skills (Spanish fluency is a big plus).
• Experience in the funeral, cemetery, or insurance industries.
