Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) rting Hourly Rate: $18.25 per hour. This role focuses on delivering an incredible guest experience, strong operations, and compelling visual merchandising to inspire guests and support fast, self-guided discovery on the sales floor and in the fitting room.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes through clearance merchandising and signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests; ensure merchandise from fitting rooms is returned to sales floor.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by circulating merchandise between fitting room, guest services, and sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws where relevant).
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with task-oriented needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories

• Ability to communicate across devices and operate technology like handheld scanners
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of multitasking within established time frames

• Accurate cash handling as needed
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely (lifting up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 44 pounds occasionally)
• Flexible schedule with reliable attendance
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments
• Mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
