Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. This role is part of the General Merchandise and Food Sales team, which leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional signing processes for all GM areas of the store. You will support pick, pack and ship fulfillment work and help ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs as you complete daily tasks.
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize backroom areas, arrange merchandise, and put up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified and perform price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn and apply operational procedures related to merchandise setup, stock management, and store profitability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest questions and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments; maintain mobility during shifts.
