Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $18.25 USD per hour

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Assist guests to solve their needs in a friendly manner and thank them for shopping with Target.
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing the backroom, arranging merchandise, and placing promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment where certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise set-up and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn how operations procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (e.g., picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Ability to communicate across devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within set time frames.
• Capable of handling cash register operations as needed; climb ladders; lift/move merchandise up to 44 pounds (without additional assistance).
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments as required by duties (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
