The Line Cook is responsible for daily operations in the kitchen, maintaining the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards. The Line Cook must be Serve Safe Certified and hold all necessary certificates needed to handle, prepare, and cook food per the Health Department Standards and Guidelines.

• Prep food according to monthly, weekly, and daily specials
• Receive product orders, verify invoices, and stock orders
• Track waste throughout the shift
• Ensure high standard of sanitation for cleaning and dishwashing
• Continuously maintain Serve Safe certification
• Exercise portion control for all items served
• Consult with F&B Director about food production aspects of special events
• Cook orders sent to the kitchen accurately
• Interact with the Food and Beverage Management Team to assure that food production consistently exceeds the expectations of our members and guests
• Follow policies and procedures regarding safety, knife handling skills, cooking techniques, etc.
• Maintain regular cleaning of the kitchen
• Assist with banquets
• Practice safe work habits and maintain a safe working environment
• Perform all other duties as directed

• Minimum 3 years of previous related work experience preferred
• Any banquet experience preferred
• Business focus that demonstrates an understanding of the company’s vision, mission, and strategy
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Must be Serve Safe certified
