Associate Veterinarian at Care & Comfort Veterinary Hospital.

Care & Comfort Veterinary Hospital is a compassionate, community-focused practice providing high-quality veterinary care in a welcoming, low-stress environment for both pets and their families. We are currently seeking a dedicated and caring veterinary professional to join our growing team.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Saturday 8 am - 4 pm. Serving El Cajon, La Mesa, Santee, Rancho San Diego, and surrounding communities. El Cajon offers the perfect blend of San Diego living and small-town charm with year-round sunshine, hiking, outdoor adventures, and proximity to downtown San Diego and the beaches. • Provide high-quality veterinary care in a welcoming, low-stress environment for pets and their families.

• Participate in the Medical Excellence & Education platform and related committees and mentorship opportunities.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
• State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the state of hire, prior to start date.
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL range starting at $140,000 per year. The actual salary offered will be carefully considered in a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
