Position Summary
The Behavioral Health Supervisor, RN, is responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership to nursing staff within the behavioral health unit. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care and supports the professional development of nursing team members.
Qualifications- Required Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience with direct staff supervision and/or unit oversight.
- Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN) or a related healthcare field.
- Education:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Certifications:
- Active and unrestricted California RN license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Mid-Senior level
- Full-time
