We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stockroom & Shipping Clerk to manage inventory control, stock checks, packaging, and invoicing. This hybrid role combines responsibilities in both stockroom operations and shipping coordination to ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
Essential ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and transactions.
- Conduct stock checks to ensure product availability and quality.
Stockroom Operations
- Organize and maintain stockroom for efficient access and storage.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
- Prepare items for production or distribution as needed.
Shipping & Packaging
- Package products securely for shipment according to company standards.
- Generate shipping labels and documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely delivery.
Invoicing & Documentation
- Prepare and process invoices for outgoing shipments.
- Maintain accurate shipping and billing records.
- Communicate with internal teams regarding order status and inventory updates.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in logistics or supply chain preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, shipping, or stockroom operations.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move packages as required
