OverviewA Superintendent will oversee and support technicians, partner with clients to deliver excellent customer service, and collaborate with Account Managers to efficiently drive the service line of business to success.
Essential Job Functions- Manage route profitability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness; provide timely feedback, data, and reports to management.
- Assist mechanics with troubleshooting, material determination, parts ordering, safety training, and quality audits.
- Partner with Account Managers to offer technical support related to scope of work, materials, and labor expenses.
- Collaborate with New Installation and Modernization teams for seamless cross‑functional transitions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of federal, state, and local elevator industry code requirements.
- Keep a strong working knowledge of company products through training, factory updates, and field trainer support.
- High school diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of work experience; supervisory experience with union technicians preferred.
- Elevator industry experience preferred.
- Track record of success in a fast‑paced, team‑centered environment.
- Ability to manage relationships with customers, team members, and cross‑functional colleagues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time‑management, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and effective problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) and systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP or other ERPs.
- Physical ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report.

Salary range: $75,000 – $125,000 with bonus incentive 0% – 75%.
Vehicle allowance or company vehicle with fuel card.
