This position is located in El Cajon (92020), Santee (92071), La Mesa (91942), or Lemon Grove (92105).

• Be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while also handling behind-the-scenes operational work.
• Learn the business from day one in our Management Training program, with the goal of eventually running your own branch, cultivating new business, and developing your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment; build community relationships to grow your own business.
• Excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while upholding a customer-first culture.

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require future sponsorship.
• Must have a valid unrestricted California driver’s license.

• Competitive compensation; targeted first-year annual compensation of $57,000 with an average 45-hour work week.
