Senior Consultant, Readiness

• Lead and manage multiple new product and sustaining release projects using project management methodologies
• Develop and execute comprehensive readiness plans that align with business objectives and customer expectations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success and alignment across products
• Create and deliver presentations with strategic recommendations to management
• Mentor colleagues on best practices for project management and process design

• 5+ years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; will consider experience in lieu
• Demonstrated experience developing and leading product strategy
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, verbal, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

• Previous readiness experience highly desired
• Seven or more years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in advanced PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience in SaaS/IaaS product release and/or Microsoft Azure/Amazon Web Services
• Demonstrated strong matrix management skills
