Our recruiting firm is partnering with a growing international manufacturing organization seeking a hands‑on Controller to lead U.S. accounting and financial operations. This role reports directly to executive leadership and works closely with global finance partners.

This is a high‑impact position ideal for a strong accounting leader who thrives in a manufacturing environment and enjoys balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on execution.

• Lead full‑cycle accounting and oversee GL, P&L, and cash flow reporting
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and corporate reporting alignment
• Prepare financial statements and executive reporting packagesli>
  
  Develop rolling cash flow forecasts and support annual budgeting
• Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights to leadership

• Oversee inventory valuation, COGS, and margin analysis
• Manage batch costing within MRP systems
• Analyze material usage and cost drivers in a complex manufacturing environment
• Conduct margin and profitability analysis to support operations

• Oversee AR, AP, payroll, and banking relationships
• Ensure timely reconciliations and financial accuracy
• Partner with external CPA firm on tax and year‑end processes
• Strengthen internal controls, approval workflows, and compliance processes

• Collaborate with Operations, Production, R&D, and Sales
• Provide actionable financial insights to drive business decisions
• Support scalability in a growing ~$15M organization

• CPA preferred (strong public accounting background highly valued)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing
• Strong experience with inventory accounting and batch or standard costing
• Deep understanding of US GAAP
• Experience with MRP systems and accounting platforms (QBO or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling, cost analysis, pivot tables)
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and hands‑on
• Collaborative leader who can operate confidently in a growing organization
