Kids Empire

Team members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team members perform many tasks with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests have an excellent and safe time while at Kids Empire.

• Attending customers as quickly as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park.
• Operating the check‑in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and provide information such as address, name, email, and phone number using an iPad.
• Operating the front cash counter for receiving the exact bill amount from the guests, managing cash flow by registering transactions on a daily basis, and taking payment from guests by cash or card (credit/debit), providing exact change if paid by cash.
• Operating billing transactions accurately by verifying the amount displayed on the POS.
• Organizing the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips and ice cream.
• Checking snack inventory is sufficient and communicating with management to order snacks from specified vendors to replenish stock.
• Walking the floor regularly to monitor that no unsafe hazards are present and that guests follow the park attendance rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Cleaning restrooms and sanitizing all park structures such as tables, chairs, playground structures.
• Assisting and participating in family events and ensuring that events operate efficiently.
• Other duties assigned.

• Stand, walk, bend, twist constantly.
• Frequent bilateral hand movements.
• Good finger dexterity.
• Must be able to work in noisy environments created by guests, such as children yelling and music.
• Must tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
• Must be comfortable with heights and tight spaces.
