The Grossmont‑Cuyamaca Community College District seeks a qualified individual for the role of Program Specialist – EOPS/CARE. The incumbent will function as a program coordinator in the EOPS/CARE/Next Up department, performing highly complex paraprofessional duties, coordinating office activities, and training staff as assigned. This position is part of a dynamic team improving service delivery for students in San Diego County.

Initial placement:
Step A ($26.97/hr) or Step B ($28.52/hr). Refer to the CSEA schedule for details.
Any combination equivalent to:
- Education: Associate’s degree in educational psychology, social science, human services, student services, business or office management, or a related field; and,
- Experience: Two years of progressively responsible office/records experience, preferably in a student services or academic setting.

- Provide at least two current or former supervisors as references.

- Veterans with 30+ days of service receive 5 additional points; disabled veterans receive 10 additional points.
