Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for potential new business.

• Computer literate with basic to intermediate skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful
• Excellent communication skills, assertive, capable of providing a first-rate customer experience
• Must pass state licensing requirements
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation

• High School Diploma
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial

• Provide professional, courteous service to customers
• Answer questions regarding policies
• Accept payments and process transactions
• Identify customer needs related to their policies
• Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Assist with marketing initiatives for new business
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Conduct vehicle inspections (FNOLs) and take vehicle pictures (physical effort required)
• Handle bank deposits
• This is a full-time position
• Other duties as assigned
