Overview
Well-established contractor is seeking a skilled MEP PM to join their growing team. This role focuses on overseeing all mechanical aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all mechanical aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate and supervise the work of the MEP team, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Review and approve mechanical designs and modifications
- Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progression
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on-site
- Ensure all mechanical work complies with relevant codes and regulations
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, seeking ways to improve project efficiency and effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Proven experience with Mechanical, Electric, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, commercial and industrial construction
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
- In-depth knowledge of construction industry standards, codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Proficient in using project management software and other relevant computer applications
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
