Employee Relations, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We are partnering with a well-established, fast-paced company operating across Southern Africa and internationally
, with strong roots in the manufacturing, procurement and logistics
. The business is growing rapidly, with plans to expand into new regions, and is looking for a hands-on HR Coordinator to join their head office in the East Rand.
This is a practical, all-round HR role supporting a workforce of approximately 150 employees in South Africa (part of a larger team of 350 across multiple countries). You will take ownership of HR administration, payroll, contracts, compliance, and day-to-day employee support
. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and step into an organised HR environment with systems and processes already in place.
- Full HR administration across the employee lifecycle
- Payroll administration and processing (SAGE)
- Employment contracts and labour law compliance
- Onboarding, exits, and staff record management
- Supervision coordination for reception and cleaning teams
- Ad-hoc HR support to senior leadership
- Organising staff initiatives (long service awards, wellness activities, etc.)
- Experience in HR administration and payroll
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment
- HR qualification advantageous but experience is key
The salary range for this role is R324,000–R384,000, per annum depending on skills and experience.
