Eine Backerei-Ausbildungsstätte in Einsiedeln sucht einen Bäcker-Konditor-Confiseur EFZ/EBA zur Ausbildung in der Zubereitung von Torten, Snacks und Schokoladenprodukten. Die Stelle erfordert manuelles Geschick, Teamarbeit und ein gutes Gespür für Formen und Geschmäcker. Die Ausbildung dauert 3 Jahre und umfasst die schrittweise Entwicklung der Fähigkeiten zur Herstellung des gesamten Sortiments. Wir legen Wert auf Hygiene, Sauberkeit und selbstständige Umsetzung von Rezepten.
