Een gemeente in Nederland zoekt een Specialist Jeugd voor 32 tot 36 uur per week. In de rol werk je samen met jeugdigen en hun ouders om maatwerkoplossingen te bieden binnen de Jeugdwet. Vereist is een hbo-diploma in Social Work of een vergelijkbare richting, evenals relevante ervaring en communicatieve vaardigheden. Daarnaast bied je ondersteuning aan partners en ben je verantwoordelijk voor duidelijke rapportages.
