Stage​/Internship Data Analytics​/Business Intelligence

ARE YOU READY TO BE OUR NEXT TALENT? BenQ Europe is looking for a Data Analytics / Business Intelligence Intern who will access the fantastic world of our Monitors, Projectors and Interactive Displays.

As an intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze internal data and reports, identify root causes behind performance gaps, and support the development of regression models to highlight where improvement efforts should be focused.

• Analyze internal data and existing reports to identify trends, patterns, and key business drivers.

• Build and maintain regression models to understand relationships between variables and quantify impact.

• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

• Identify where performance issues originate and recommend areas where efforts and resources should be prioritized.

• Support teams by validating hypotheses with data rather than assumptions.

• Assist in defining KPIs and performance metrics.

• Prepare clear summaries, dashboards, or presentations to communicate results.

• Document methodologies, assumptions, and model logic to ensure transparency and reusability.

• Maintain organized records of analyses and outcomes.

• Hands‑on experience with real business data from our Service departments, working on datasets that directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Practical exposure to regression modelling and data‑driven problem solving, using real reports to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.

• Involvement in Aftersales performance reviews and operational discussions, giving you insight into how data supports decision‑making at management level.

• Experience translating complex data into actionable insights, helping teams prioritize efforts in areas such as service quality, turnaround time, and process efficiency.

• Collaboration with international and cross‑functional teams, gaining experience in a global business environment.

• Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals, helping you bridge academic theory with real world business applications.

• Enrolling in a bachelor’s degree, HBO level in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical thinking and a solid understanding of regression analysis and statistical methods.

• Experience working with data

• Strong attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.

• Fluent in English (all comms are in English); additional languages are a plus.

• Availability to start by February 2026
