At the BenQ Europe IT Department (based in Eindhoven) will be providing 1st and 2nd line (remote) support to our users in the various offices in Europe.

De stagiaire binnen de BenQ Europe IT Department (opererend vanuit Eindhoven) zal zowel 1ste als 2de lijns (remote) support bieden aan onze gebruikers in de verschillende kantoren door heel Europa.

The tasks are:
  • End user support on Windows 11 desktops and notebooks. Both in the local office, as well as remotely via Team Viewer.

  • Provide assistance to the 2nd line colleagues in the IT Team on:

    • Server hardware management (both physical and virtual).
    • Server OS management.
    • Various client-/server applications.
    • Network equipment, both wired and wireless.
    • Phone system.
    • Active Directory, user, and computer management.
    • Proactive monitoring of IT environment.
  • Monitor incoming tickets in our Service Desk portal.

Important:

On the department itself we communicate primarily in Dutch. But the rest of the European organisation uses English as the primary language.

De taken zijn als volgt:
  • Gebruikersondersteuning op Windows 11 desktops en notebooks. Zowel in het eigen kantoor, als ook op afstand via Team Viewer.

  • Ondersteuning naar de 2de lijns collega’s binnen het IT Team op:

    • Server hardware beheer (zowel fysiek als virtueel).
    • Server OS beheer.
    • Diverse client-/serverapplicaties.
    • Netwerkapparatuur, zowel bedraad als draadloos.
    • Telefoniesysteem.
    • Active Directory, gebruikers- en computerbeheer.
    • Proactief monitoren van de IT-omgeving.
  • Het monitoren van inkomende tickets in onze Service Desk portaal.

Belangrijk:

Op de afdeling zelf praten we voornamelijk Nederlands. Maar de rest van de Europese organisatie gebruikt Engels als voertaal.
