Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and help teams deliver high-quality products efficiently. The Scrum Master will coach the team in Scrum principles, remove impediments, foster continuous improvement, and act as a servant leader to both the development team and the Product Owner.

• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
  .

• Coach, train, and mentor the team in Scrum values, principles, and best practices
  .

• Actively identify, track, and eliminate impediments and blockers that hinder team progress.

• Protect the team from external distractions and interference, ensuring focus on sprint goals.

• Encourage continuous improvement by promoting regular reflection and actionable outcomes.

• Support the Product Owner in articulating the product vision and ensuring it is clearly understood by the team.

• Assist the Product Owner and team in preparing for and executing effective sprint planning.

• Enable the team to present sprint outcomes clearly and gather feedback from stakeholders.

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment by leading through influence and example.

• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies

• Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies

• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills

• Ability to remove impediments and manage stakeholder expectations

• Experience working closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams
