A leading technology company based in Eindhoven is seeking a support intern to provide 1st and 2nd line assistance for users in various European offices. Responsibilities include end-user support for Windows 11, server management assistance, and monitoring tickets in the Service Desk portal. Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch are recommended as the department primarily communicates in Dutch, but the rest of the organization uses English.
