We are looking for a Junior Security Behavior Consultant. As a consultant - and psychologist - you will deal with security awareness - and behavior. The focus in this role is on implementing and developing SAFE programs for our clients. Bureau Veritas SAFE program is a cybersecurity awareness and behavior program that helps organizations improve the digital security of their employees.

The program is flexible and combines cybersecurity with psychology to encourage safe behavior, tailoring the approach to an organization's specific needs. what does a specific client need to most effectively support its employees in cybersecurity-related behavior?

Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity provides services in the field of cybersecurity, focusing on the human factor:
how can organizations best support their employees on this difficult but interesting topic? Our vision goes beyond traditional awareness campaigns.

You will be trained in Social Engineering:
You will challenge the security of companies and the alertness of their employees in order to stimulate awareness and behavioral change. You will perform this by actively applying your knowledge of behavior change. With this, you are focused on testing human behavior to increase the resilience of employees and processes against (cyber) threats.

As a Consultant, you will also engage with Bureau Veritas Cybersecurity's SAFE offering. You will be trained as an independent consultant who, under supervision, will be responsible for program management and managing SAFE behavior change programs aimed at raising awareness among our clients. You will provide clients with insight into the SAFE products they are using and the results achieved in their programs.

Under the guidance of the team, you will be trained to become an independent consultant who can move our clients forward.

• You will participate in the development of our services. This includes the development of training, campaign and behavioral interventions;
• You will conduct behavior change programs for various clients, including workshops, interviews, research and consulting on safe behavior, safety procedures and safety culture

• You will conduct baseline surveys to identify behaviors in our clients so that we can work with the client to determine the appropriate approach to the program;
• You will help organizations address safety risks with behavior change measures
  ;
• You will continuously take a critical look at our SAFE program and try to improve our offering based on market needs.

• A completed master's degree in social or work and organizational psychology
  ;
• An eager to learn attitude
  ;
• Affinity for information security and privacy issues
  ;
• Good communication skills (both oral and written) in Dutch and English
  ;
• Ability to conduct interviews at operational, strategic and tactical levels
  ;
• Experience with behavioral or organizational change projects and applying various methodologies such as workshops, behavioral measurements, interviews, etc.
