In deze rol ben je het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het werven van kandidaten. Ideale kandidaten hebben ervaring in recruitment en HBO-niveau, zijn communicatief sterk en ondernemend. Je krijgt een goed salaris tussen €2.800,- en €4.000,- bruto per maand en de mogelijkheid tot persoonlijke en teambonussen.
Er is ook ruimte voor groei en ontwikkeling binnen het bedrijf.
