Een innovatief hightechbedrijf in Eindhoven zoekt een HR Adviseur die verantwoordelijk is voor het adviseren van leidinggevenden en het verbeteren van HR-processen. Jij bent de schakel tussen medewerkers en management, met ruimte voor eigen initiatief en ontwikkeling. Je hebt minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in een HR-adviesrol en een hbo-opleiding in HRM. Het salaris ligt tussen de €4.000 en €5.000 bruto per maand, met aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
