Ban Bouw is a growing family business in the construction sector, operating in South-East Brabant. As a medium-sized contractor we undertake challenging projects and rely on our skilled workforce to manage construction, coordination, cost estimation, leadership, and maintenance of our projects. As a project controller you will be responsible for the daily project administration of multiple projects ranging from €5 to €30 million. You will be part of the finance team and act as the financial “hub” within our realization team. Your financial and project insight will ensure timely and complete recording of administration and project reporting, and you will act as sparring partner/advisor on the financial value stream of construction projects.

• Set up and manage a complete project file in our Bouw Works system.
• Identify and process variations in more/less work and apply budget changes.
• Prepare and process outgoing invoices.
• Monitor project liquidity.
• Track contract and project budgets, and signal deviations.
• Conduct analyses and forecasts and periodically produce project reports.

• Minimum completed HBO degree in finance or administration.
• Significant experience as a project controller.
• Experience with Bouw Works is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Proactive team player who works solution-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
