Finance Officer

For an international technology-driven company, I'm looking for a License Administrator who plays a key role in managing the financial and administrative flow around licensing and royalty agreements. You'll join a dedicated team working at the intersection of finance, contracts, and intellectual property.

• Process bank transactions, royalty reports, and manual journal entries
• Maintain balance sheet & P&L accounts and support month‑end closing
• Execute ICS/SOX controls and support internal and external audits
• Manage master data for License‑In agreements and execute payments
• Collect, verify, and report IP usage data to external partners
• Contribute to process improvements and optimization of internal systems

• Solid understanding of finance/accounting and financial systems
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent
