PMO Support Specialist

For a global technology company I'm looking for a PMO Support Specialist.

Within this role you safeguard the integrity of the financial operations and ensure transparent and reliable data. You make sure that projects and costs are recorded accurately, that reports are correct and trustworthy, and that day‑to‑day operations continue to run efficiently.

• Execute and support financial operational processes, including cost allocation, corrections, and invoicing;
• Prepare and maintain KPI reports, dashboards, and performance insights;
• Ensure accurate recording of project costs and financial data in SAP;
• Provide first‑line support for system and data issues (e.g., SAP ERP);
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Business Operations to resolve issues and improve processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
• 2-4 years of experience in financial operations or business support, with SAP SD and FI/CO exposure;
• Experience supporting order‑to‑cash processes;
• Experience with reporting and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense).
