AlsHSE-coördinatorbij WATT Infra bouw je mee aan een sterk en toekomstbestendig HSE-beleid. Je bewaakt veiligheid binnen de organisatie en speelt een sleutelrol in het vergroten van het HSE-bewustzijn op de werkvloer.
In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat onze projectendoor heel Nederlandveilig en volgens de geldende regelgeving worden uitgevoerd.
Wat ga je doen
Beleid opstellen, updaten en borgen
RI&E’s uitvoeren en acties opvolgen
Incidenten onderzoeken en lessen delen
Toolboxmeetings, werkplekinspecties en VGM-plannen ondersteunen
Een relevante veiligheidsopleiding (bij voorkeur MVK)
Goede kennis van VCA*
* Je creëert draagvlak èn durft aan te spreken
Werkenaan de energietransitie van Nederland
Veelverantwoordelijkheiden ruimte voor eigen inbreng
Een hecht teammet korte lijnen
