Medior Engineers – Systems & Control

Overview

Are you an experienced engineer looking to apply your expertise while mentoring the next generation? We are looking for Senior Engineers in Systems & Control to join various teams at a leading client. In this role, you will contribute to complex technical projects while guiding and supporting junior engineers.

As a Medior Engineer Systems & Control, you will play a key role in the development of advanced mechatronic and software-driven systems. You will take responsibility for both technical challenges and the professional growth of junior engineers, helping them develop their skills and ensuring high-quality output.

Working in dynamic teams, you will contribute to high-techsemiconductorprojects within a V-cycle product development environment. You will collaborate closely with software engineers and other disciplines to create innovative solutions.

• A TU or HBO degree in Systems & Control or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a relevant technical environment (high-tech, aerospace or automotive)
• Proficiency in Matlab Simulink, Stateflow and Python
• Knowledge of V-cycle product development
• A passion for mentoring and talent development
• Experience in dynamic teams and stakeholder management
