Process Developer

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D or process engineering, preferably in cleanroom environments
• Strong understanding of cleanroom protocols and standards
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as 8D, FMEAs, and 5S
• Proficiency in data analysis and risk management
• Excellent project management skills

The Process Developer / R&D Engineer is responsible for leading research and design projects, as well as process engineering for cleanroom-related products and processes. This role involves developing new cleanroom products and processes, redesigning existing ones, and performing research and testing on new concepts. The Process Developer / R&D Engineer will work closely with Project Managers, Sales Engineers, and both office and cleanroom staff to ensure the successful execution of R&D activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct R&D projects, from research and development to prototyping and testing cleanroom systems.
• Coordinate the execution of R&D-related activities, including planning, organizing, and motivating staff members.
• Develop detailed process descriptions (pFlows), Process FMEAs (pFMEAs), and work instructions.
• Analyze process data and manage project risks, facilitating optimization using improvement methodologies such as 8D, FMEAs, continuous improvement, and 5S.
• Serve as the point of contact for all R&D activities, both within and outside the department.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring project progress, quality, and performance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
