The Process Developer / R&D Engineer is responsible for leading research and design projects, as well as process engineering for cleanroom-related products and processes. This role involves developing new cleanroom products and processes, redesigning existing ones, and performing research and testing on new concepts. The Process Developer / R&D Engineer will work closely with Project Managers, Sales Engineers, and both office and cleanroom staff to ensure the successful execution of R&D activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and conduct R&D projects, from research and development to prototyping and testing cleanroom systems.
- Coordinate the execution of R&D-related activities, including planning, organizing, and motivating staff members.
- Develop detailed process descriptions (pFlows), Process FMEAs (pFMEAs), and work instructions.
- Analyze process data and manage project risks, facilitating optimization using improvement methodologies such as 8D, FMEAs, continuous improvement, and 5S.
- Serve as the point of contact for all R&D activities, both within and outside the department.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring project progress, quality, and performance.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to innovation and excellence in cleanroom processes. Your role will involve close collaboration with Project Managers, Sales, Engineers, and both office and cleanroom staff to drive research and development initiatives.
