• Project Leadership:
  Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Design and Development:
  Oversee the design, analysis, and development of mechanical systems and components, utilizing 3D-CAD software (such as AutoCAD Plant 3D, Solid Works).
• Technical Oversight:
  Provide technical guidance and support between the client and the engineering team, reviewing and approving design plans, calculations, and specifications.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical, architectural, and manufacturing engineers, to integrate mechanical designs into overall project plans.
• Problem-Solving:
  Identify and resolve engineering issues and challenges, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Standards Compliance:
  Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  Client Interaction:
  Interface with clients to understand their requirements, present design concepts, and provide technical support and updates.
• Documentation:
  Prepare and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficient in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, Solid Works).
• Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
• Leadership:
  Ability to lead and manage engineering teams, with project management skills.
• Problem-Solving:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
• Communication:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Dutch and English, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
