Xyall is looking for a professional in the field of medical equipment testing. The candidate will be responsible for the setup, testing, and release of the Tissector equipment, and is heavily involved in the validation, optimization, and re-design of the equipment. Test activities involve pathologyworkflow tests, IT & equipment interface testing, and equipment debugging and optimization. Working in a start-up means being part of a small, highly motivated team with shortcommunication lines in a rapidly evolving environment.
KeyAreas of Responsibility
- Install, setup, test and release new equipment
- Optimize the workflow for pathology analyses and perform customer sample testing
- Create/Set-up new test procedures
- Provide accurate recording of equipment setup, sample & equipment performance
- Drive improvements on equipment, IT, and service tooling
Member of the R&D team, reports to the COO.
Requirements- Familiarity with test and validation processes
- Background in web-based applications
- Hands on & flexible attitude
- Team player
- Experience in Medical Devices is beneficial
- Bachelor (BSc/BEng), or Master (MSc) in engineering
- Between 2 and 5 years experience
- The vacancy is for 32hrs to 40hrs, on-site
