About the role

We are searching for a skilled Quality Engineer. It plays a crucial role within our organization, serving as a key player throughout the complete product life cycle, from sales to development to series production to end-of-life. This role is pivotal as the awareness factor and eye-opener in ensuring quality at every stage.

In project settings, you are responsible for aligning our organization with customer requirements and expectations. As you fulfill this role, you inspire teams to continuously seek ways to enhance our working methods. Beyond addressing quality performance for specific projects, by identifying key areas of improvement and taking complete responsibility, you have the opportunity and freedom to influence the overall performance of the entire organization.

The scope of the role is extensive, leading quality discussions with internal and external stakeholders, supporting product and process design decisions, spearheading root cause analysis and improvement programs, and providing support for supplier quality-related activities. In all these aspects, you are a critical thinker and team player who enjoys solving problems.
