Description
As a BIM Consultant at KUBUS, you will be part of our Support Team that currently consists of 16 professionals who have gained years of knowledge and experience with BIM. This team provides advice and support to our customers in the orientation, implementation and use of our software. In addition, the team is closely involved in the sales process and the development of our products.

Each team member has a specialization in one or more of our products, Archicad and BIMcollab. As a BIM Consultant you offer support to our clients in the implementation and use of our software. You will provide (live) support to both novice and experienced users. You ensure that they can be successful with our solutions and get the most out of our software.

Your focus is on helping our existing users. You will use your knowledge and experience with BIM software to help others become better at their jobs.

You will do this by contributing to support (telephone, mail, chat). But also, by making instructional videos, giving courses and writing new articles for our online knowledge base.

You will also play a role in the further development of our software. The wishes and needs of our customers are of great importance when developing content for new versions of Archicad and BIMcollab. Your feedback serves as input for the product owners of our software.

A team-effort we are really proud of! Additionally, we are distributor in the Benelux of the BIM design-software Archicad. We always score 8+ in client-satisfaction surveys.

What do you need for this?

A relevant education, for example in the direction of Construction or Architecture.

Experience with BIM within the design and/or construction industry.

Knowledge of BIM and IFC software (Archicad, BIMcollab, Solibri, Revit etc.).

A strong desire to develop further in BIM.

You like to share your knowledge and help others in their work.

Good command of the Dutch and English language.
