Are you a technically strong project leader who enjoys guiding architectural projects from concept to execution? Do you combine construction expertise with a strong design sensibility? If so, this role could be an excellent match for you.

We are looking for an experienced  Project Leader  who understands both the architectural process and the technical reality of building. You will be closely involved from  Preliminary Design (VO)  to  Definitive Design (DO)  and all the way through  Construction Documentation / Execution (UO) .

Your Role
As Project Leader, you will take responsibility for the content, planning and coordination of multiple projects at the same time (typically 2-3). You guide teams, support the design intent and ensure a smooth transition between design phases and construction.

Key responsibilities

Lead and coordinate projects throughout all design phases: VO → DO → UO.

Manage both internal and external design and engineering teams.

Safeguard the architectural concept while ensuring technical feasibility.

Oversee detailing, technical coordination and regulatory compliance.

Monitor scope, planning, risk management and project finances.

Act as a professional and reliable point of contact for clients and partners.

What You Bring
Experience & Skills

A degree in  Construction Engineering (HBO)  or  Architecture (TU)  with strong technical focus.

Ideally  8-10 years of experience , including at least  1-2 years in a project leadership role .

Strong knowledge of construction detailing, Dutch building regulations and technical coordination.

Familiarity with  Revit  and  Solibri :

Not required to model yourself,

but able to evaluate models and technical information.

Ability to lead teams and manage several projects simultaneously.

Thorough understanding of Dutch architectural project phases.

Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to motivate and guide others.

Language

English-speaking candidates are welcome,  provided they have experience with Dutch projects and regulations .
